Located in a region considered as the heart of the Greek milk production, Manolis Arvanitis and his son Mihalis produce delicious, multi award-winning cheese with a whole lot of love and passion for their craft.

They adapt traditional cheese-making techniques to the modern production needs, use only the best quality fresh milk sourced daily by small-scale local farmers, and carefully monitor each step of the cheesemaking process, producing cheese that is pure, flavourful and rich in all the natural qualities found in pasture-raised sheep and goat milk.
