From the foothills of Mount Olympus, and with a pig farming history that spans five generations, Nikos Fotiadis and his children, Fotini and Giorgos, run a small farm dedicated to the preservation of the Greek black pig, the only indigenous pig breed reared in Greece.

Balancing tradition with innovation, and continuously experimenting with new recipes and ingredients, they produce a range of Greek and European-Style cured meats and fresh sausages using genuine wholesome meat from Greek black pigs they raise slowly outdoors and feed with a patented diet of green olives.
