Located in Florina, Petros Naoumidis and all fifteen members of his family have spent the last ten years lovingly planting and growing the authentic variety of Florina red peppers (PDO).

In keeping with their heritage, they hold their own seedbed, harvest and weed their crop in the traditional way, and finally they roast their peppers on coal and peel them by hand, producing a range of organic chutneys, jams and sauces with a character like nothing you have ever tasted.
