Located in the suburbs of Athens, husband-and-wife team Elsa and Nikos Saroglou have been producing hand-made pies (pita) for over thirty years, in the belief that pies are a celebration of all that is fresh, local and inspiring.

Making pita involves skilled hands, a great deal of work and good quality ingredients, and the Saroglou family are leaving nothing to chance. Each one of their pies is handcrafted, with an expertly-rolled phyllo pastry made with extra virgin olive oil, and filled only with wonderful, fresh and locally grown ingredients.
