Born and raised in Crete, an island famous for its unique culinary history, brothers Haridimos and Manolis Tsiknakis have spent the last thirty years making wholesome and delicious rusks (paximadia) and biscuits, rooting modern food trends in older traditions.

Every single batch is made with great love and pride, using high-quality raw ingredients such as carob flour, nuts and Cretan graviera cheese (PDO), and the traditional baking methods in order to ensure that each biscuit has that authentic crunchy texture and freshly baked taste.
