AUTHENTIC GREEK MANOURI CHEESE PDO

A semi-soft and velvety cheese made from the whey that's drained off during feta production. Produced from sheep and goat milk, it is sweeter than feta with a beautifully creamy texture. It blends well with other cheeses, but can also be grilled with caramelized plums, or served as a dessert with a nice raspberry jam.
INGREDIENTS: Whey (sheep and goat milk), sheep milk, goat milk, cream (sheep and goat milk), sea salt. Fat in dry matter min 70% - Moisture max: 60%.
