LOCATED IN THE SUBURBS OF ATHENS, HUSBAND-AND-WIFE TEAM ELSA AND NIKOS SAROGLOU HAVE BEEN PRODUCING HAND-MADE PIES (PITA) FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS, IN THE BELIEF THAT PIES ARE A CELEBRATION OF ALL THAT IS FRESH, LOCAL AND INSPIRING.

Making pita involves skilled hands, a great deal of work and good quality ingredients, and the Saroglou family are leaving nothing to chance. Each one of their pies is handcrafted, with an expertly-rolled phyllo pastry made with extra virgin olive oil, and filled only with wonderful, fresh and locally grown ingredients.
