BLACK PIG SALAMI
WITH BLACK PEPPER
A Felino type dry salami carefully crafted using wholesome meat from heritage-breed Greek black pigs. The meat is coarsely cut by hand, seasoned with natural herbs, black pepper and spices, and wrapped in soft natural casing before it is allowed to ferment and dry at the right pace. The result is an honest to goodness salami that will add a little spice to your next antipasto plate.
INGREDIENTS: Greek Black Pig meat (95%), salt, flavourings, dextrose, black pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, heat treatment flavour, smoke flavour, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, lactic acid culture.
