Plump, perfectly flavoured sausages, carefully crafted using wholesome meat from heritage-breed Greek black pigs. The meat is coarsely ground, marinated in dry red wine and mixed with natural herbs, spices, onions and mushrooms, before it is wrapped in natural casing and smoked over beechwood. They are perfect grilled, roasted with veggies & potatoes, or cooked in a tomato sauce and served with pasta instead of meatballs.
