A beautiful sauce with a true Mediterranean flair! Made with Florina Red Peppers (PDO) and locally grown boletus mushrooms, it is full of flavour, beautifully creamy and it can actually be used on everything: served as a dipping sauce, mixed with pasta, or on a pizza.

INGREDIENTS: Florina red pepper, tomato, boletus mushroom, garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, extra virgin olive oil. Product of organic farming, pasteurised without preservatives.
