SPINACH & FETA CHEESE PIE

One of the most delightful foods in all of Greek cooking, this spinach and cheese pie (spanakopita) has a creamy filling and a golden, perfectly crispy phyllo, made only with the best quality wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil. It can be enjoyed either warm or cold, as a meal or as a snack, at any time of the day or night.

INGREDIENTS: Phyllo Pastry Sheets: Wheat flour (type 70%), water, salt, extra virgin olive oil. Filling: Fresh spinach (56%), onion, feta cheese (12%), myzithra cheese (12%), green onion (8%), rice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.
