The all time classic Greek culinary specialty, a salty and slightly sweet “tyropita” with a traditional cheese filling wrapped around a golden, perfectly crispy phyllo, made only with the best quality wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil. It can be enjoyed either warm or cold, as a meal or as a snack, at any time of the day or night.

INGREDIENTS: Phyllo Pastry Sheets: Wheat flour (type 70%), water, salt, extra virgin olive oil. Filling: Myzithra cheese (38%), feta cheese (12%), coarse & fine semolina, extra virgin olive oil, water, pepper, butter.
